The refund and cancellation policy for your accommodation request is detailed in your confirmation voucher and varies based on the payment method and the category of the hotel booked. If you cancel within the specified cancellation policy deadline, you will receive a refund. Cancellations made after this deadline will incur retention charges.

5. LIMITED LICENCE & OWNERSHIP
You are granted a limited license to download materials from this site to your personal computer and print a hard copy for your personal, non-commercial use, as long as all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices remain intact.

6. TERMINATION
